All models are shown as red blocks, just like an spawn point block. I want to know how to change that to also show the actual model like how it would be ingame, in CoD Radiant. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Hit "N" to bring the properties,
you probably see the full path to the xmodel, just delete the unneeded part in the key/value and just leave "xmodel/blah_blah", hit enter and you should see the model in radiant.

Thanks for that but I can already import it. The problem is it looks like a block when I do import it. Like the model is there in the map, just that in Radiant its just a block (perfectly imported).

If it's from a mod and not the stock game then you need to have that mod in your UO directory. For instance if it's one of the AHZ vehicles you have to have the z_ahz_vehicles.pk3 file in your UO directory in order to see the model. If it's all models, even stock, then on you radiant tool bar 8 items from the end(right) there is E, not the one crossed out. This specifies how you see your entities. Tick on it and select skinned. Hope this helps.
