Option A:

But I cant decide wether to go for a better CPU or GPU. So which option will give a better overall performace in games?

Both graphics cards are good, both will play most games decently, RAM, for example at the minute there is too much of it, for example for recommend RAM for Battlefield 4 (not even released yet) is 4GB so 6gb will be enough, as for CPU, if you can afford the i7 quad core - go with that, it will be immensely better than the i5. You will notice the difference, and the little difference in the graphics will be made up completely by the CPU

So in a new game, lets say Battlefield 4, Option B will give me better fps than Option A at the same settings?

The GPUs will maybe play games ok-ish... on low settings. 630M is terrible, 650M might be alright for BF4.
The 650M is probably about the same as a GT640, don't expect to get more than 30FPS on medium with BF3 (and this is with a i7 extreme 3.3GHz 6 core) - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gt-640-review,3214-3.html

The only difference between an i7 and i5 is that the i7 has hyperthreading and a little more cache, it will perform better with programs that take advantage of multiple CPU cores like video encoding, games won't see much difference (or at least current games).

You can probably upgrade the RAM once you have the laptop, so if 6GB isn't enough you can just buy more.

Option A is probably the better one for gaming, but the best option would be to not use a laptop for gaming :P
