Hey guys, I am very very new and noobish to the modding arena. I play League of Legends and am interested in creating, or modding, my own skins for the game. I have been trying to find and search for software that would allow this to happen but I neither know which software to use or how to use the software. Where do you guys think I should start and do you have any advice.

I have seen that video, but what I am wanting to do is more complex than that. Also I do not have photoshop but I do have softimage mod tool and houdini apprentice and I do not know how to import the file into the software. I have watched a few videos and know which files I need from my RAF manager, just do not know how to reformat them to import into the modding software. Or which software would except the files i am looking at. The files are .skl and .skn I believe thats all.
