I have ported xmodels from uo to vcod, works great but for 1 model, the stalin statue, any help would be nice, the last bit I need then I can release map

what error do you get
have you eported all the xmodelpaerts and xmodelsurf aswell

Lo gun, I believe I have as all other ported models work, also mp_berlin sky is failing me, must be set up wrong in pk3 but i think im stuck in a brain block, the map is waw's dome, uo_dome is ready for release cod1_dome has those 2 problems

Statue sorted, I won't let on my mistake but retard fits the bill.
mp_berlin still fails, it works clearly in uo_dome, cod1_dome fails, I have tried mpberin and mp_berlin folder with pics in textures folder in pk3

Does anyone know if mp_berlin sky has ever been used in a vanilla cod map, I have done custom skies before but nothing seems to work for berlin.
I do know its been ported to cod4 so it can be done

Did you make a shader file for the custom sky textures?
This would be placed in a "scripts folder" along side the other folders in the pk3.
useing mp_berlin as a example in this shader file.

Thanks, I new it was needed but with all the problems we have had with the map it was forgotten, but thanks for the reminder as that's the map finished now.

However I jumped the gun on cod1_dome, I tested it by mistake in uo and proclaimed it sorted, Doh, sadly looks like it's going to take a lot more to get it working, the mp_berlin sky for cod1 is driving me nuts, I have now started breaking down all the related mp_berlin files in the hope of solving the issue and it looks like theirs a lot more to it than standard skys.

This project was nearly binned, we have not fully completed it and have left out all the mess that should litter the map, I may add it to cod1_dome before release.

I will email pk3's if needed m8ty, but I could do with some of your projects to stop me doing any more mapping.

I might just start porting uo maps to cod1 for fun
