Recommended Specs are heavy but it will work on mid-end, Win7 x64 is required. 4GB RAM is lowest and it will take a very long time to build considering those systems don't even run without a pagefile, 16GB RAM is that balance that most hardcore guys could afford, but it won't hurt if you max out your motherboard(depends on chipset specs). It is also a good idea to disable pagefile if you have 16GB or more RAM, it will avoid any stutters and possible unnecessary paging to HDD. Ofcourse the enthusiasts should use their Extended-ATX machine with tons of RAM if they have money lying around.
