Can some one help me please,

im trying to put a picture into radiant

i made it in photoshop cs5 512x512 with a transparent backround, saved it as .dds dxt5, no mipmaps

put it in cod2>images folder opened asset manager(admin mode)
clicked material>new

Settings:

materialtype: world phong sort:defualt surface type: plaster : usage: poster

cullface:none rest are default

color map: my ,.dds

saved the gdt did pc convert>current asset only

opened radiant and nothing? :/

Here is the picture (Attachment) on how a decal should be done via assist manager, the surface type, and usage, locals will vary per decal.

To make the decal not flicker go to polygonoffset and pick "static decal"
