Hey Guys,

Im getting the rainbow affect on weapons and models,

I have a light grid in, reflection globes and have even tried making a grid file to no avail.

any help would be great.

You might want to post your compile BSP log. I just started having the same problem, and it was because the BSP did not compile correctly. Compiling light reflections over and over did not help at all.

The WARNINGS node without volume could be your issue.
Sounds like you have an infinite brush/brushes somewhere.
I've had a similar issue before.
Find these brushes in radiant and fix or remake them.
Then recompile again.

"node reference point 2920.98 -240.84 356.52"

In radiant the numbers "2920.98, -240.84, 356.52" are the x,y,z origin or location of whatever is giving the error. You have to open your map in radiant and look where the x,y,z origin of each of these errors are. Hope this helps.

So i got rid of all the warnings and still it did not work

Something similar started to happen to me, even if I compile reflections, I apply light grid and all, I still get the rainbow effect.
