whel friend I want to start the campaign missions with different weapons because I want my own weapon loadout, thing is I've heard its possible but there is now tutorial for super noobs like me, for example in the level Blackout you start with an M4A1 SOPMOD and M21 Silenced and Ghillied sniper rifle, I would like to start the level with an USP Silenced instead of the M4 but still keep the M21. I also like to customize different loadouts in almost every missions, they are in the first post post of this topic, and when I posted that I want red dot sights I don't want the ones that show up on the g36c and the M4A1 in the campaign I want the one from the M4A1 SOPMOD Version.

I would like someone to teach me what file exactly to edit and then after changing what do have to do to make the changes appear in the game, and also if I could do it in all the other CODS from MW2 to MW3, including BO

It is possible, I have done it before. Are you wanting the following weapons you posted? Also it is not possible for MW3, MW2, not sure with Black Ops.

Make a mod
go to your mods folder
and create a new one (folder)
make a folder in that mod called maps
copy the _loadout.gsc to that area and change it to what you want
run the mod then your done.
