It only runs on 1.3, and if I check com_maxfps I use PunkBuster. However, I did think the idea of using menus to check a players dvar settings was interesting. But I see the eXtreme+ mod crew (PatmanSan) has been using it for a couple of years now. You live and learn, so they say.
