Ok, I found the problem - it was your camp.wav file - it wouldn't play in COD2. So, I reconverted it and now it plays no problem. Please download these files: DOWNLOAD Contents: new .WAV file, soundalias file, and mp_gravestone.gsc.

I use a program called Super from eRightSoft: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html Set it to convert to .WAV 16 bit endian.

Just make sure you have everything set up properly - look at the location for the sound file - it should be: sound/misc/camp.wav
