Hi. Did copy the .pak files from Quake 4 to a experimental directory so i can browse to them and look what is in it. Well i found sound files in the "zpak_english.zip" with an .ogg extension. How do i open this sounds with which program?

I never opened an ogg file but I do know that they are native to the mac. Maybe vorbis.com will help.

Nice thing about OGG Vorbis is that they can contain AC3 file information. So if you know how to make 5.1channel sounds, then you can make some wicked sound effects. ;) Kryton
