Could I use COD4/W@W or any COD model to make my own game (not saying that I would), and lets pretend the game would be FREE, so I would be making NO profit off the game. Would I still be able to use the models in my game if I am making no profit off it?

As long as you give full credit and release it as a total modification or something similar. I don't see an issue. If you release it as a stand-alone game or ask for donations (money) then that would change things. I think that a total mod argument could be made as long as it's advertised as such.
