Ok so I put together a small test map and tested until I got what you were looking for, this includes the nightvision. I discovered the Beretta does not appear to come with a silencer in singleplayer so it wasn't recognizing the weapon you were asking for, but the usp does include the silencer.

I did strip the code down to the basic essentials so you will need to adjust to your own needs.

It looks like your using SP
go to Update Zone File And put this in the Right
xmodel,viewmodel_base_viewhands
And if you want to put some special type of hands
(for example SAS Woodland,Black_kit)
go to your map GSC.
level.player setViewmodel( "viewhands_sas_woodland" );/(or what ever hands you want)
