Hi all,

I would like to ask you for a list of bugs point to which you have come across in CoD2.
I do not want a list of maps bugs but engine bugs.

Here is a list of the first major bugs:
- Bug in oblique climbing the ladder.
- Prone delay bug (cl_maxpacket 100 for every1 should fix it).
- Grenade bug thrown into the sky (skybox fix).
- Fix PB packets kick's.
- Reload bug.
- Binocular defusing bug.
- Silent drops.
- Fastshooting bug.
.....
News:
- 3 Maps
- Shoutcasting mode
- Better interface
.....

I wish such a point list of everything you can think of. I need it because they have the opportunity to realize a development team composed of WORLD programmers, designers and testers familiar with the CoD2 engine and implement new patch CoD2 patch.

The main reason for this step is induced players to play this game again. The actual bug fixes will not solve this, therefore, we think also change graphical interface (menus, in-game details, ..) and add 3-4 more sophisticated interlocking maps to the concept of 2nd World War. I note that it should be a map that will be in full detail and precision designed and we would like to push into the PG playing.
We already have more information about this at the moment but it still do not want to publish.

Over 500 fps you can walk silently

If you are able to throw over 1k smoke grenades in a map, the server crashes (too much entities. Smoke grenades are not deleted after smoke)(this can be fixed by script. Already fixed it :) )


Also, try to keep the actual developing off-forum. I think you are using some kind of decompiler for this, and the forum-moderators are not very keen on decompiling.

As long as you just keep the statusupdates and information requests here, you should be safe. Dont post any info on how to decompile too.

It would be nice if you could add some features from MP to SP like saving and reading from txt file, which is available only in MP although it would be very useful in SP.

THIS! In general there should be more flexibility with using .gsc scripts. Lots of functions that are SP only could just as easily work in MP. I would love to see a isKeyPressed() function in multiplayer that corresponds to keyboard presses, the current workaround involves usage of menus and menuResponses.
