hello everyone can someone help me make a mod for my server so everyone on my server can ONLY use a sniper

You can go try Open Warfare. It doesnt have all the good stuff or custom weapons that Demon wrote for his mod but is highly configurable to do what you want. Especially if all you want is a very basic sniper server.
