I thought that the silver coloured collectors edition box set i bought last year would have given me access to day of defeat source, but alas it has'nt. Is the silver package on-line through steam different to the silver box collectors edition? When i load steam,the browse games section on the individual games tab next to the silver package deal it says : "Thank you! You have already purchased Half-Life 2 on Steam. At present, only one HL2 offer may be purchased per Steam account." Anyone else been suckerd in by this ?

just download dod:s (double click it in play games) and you SHOULD be able to play it if you got collectors editon, this applies to both silver and gold... edited on Sep. 27, 2005 10:51 am by Drapan

Nope Drapan that doesnt work , the dod:s is in the "just released" section of the play games menu and when i double click it asks me for more money....(no chance of that).
