Silly question. What is needed server-side only? Answer - nothing! And that's because the days of requiring server-side only mods are gone since HTTP redirect was introduced.

Server-side mods were required with games that didn't have HTTP redirect because the download speeds were so slow. Now, with almost all games that have mod support having redirect, the days of server-side only are gone. It really is antiquated to ask the question any more. Mod don't need to be server-side. They can download to a client within seconds or minutes.

But if we were talking about keeping some elements on the server only, then it would be nothing that a client doesn't require. Of the list you provide as an example, only the "maps" folder can be kept strictly server-side, as everything else is needed by the client.

Only .GSC files can be server-side.

Well I prefer server-side only, since the bots do not always work wich means I need actually people test stuff for me xD.

Best bet for bots not working is not precached weapons on developer 1 mode.

Try testing in carentan instead of toujane: by default the bots pick the m1carbine which is only precached by default in american maps.

weapon-files got client- and serverside elements. if you just want to update the weapon-damages for example, you dont need to bug the client to download anything new.
