Im having trouble installing coduo mod tools on windows 7 it keeps saying that it cant find the installion of coduo can anybody help me!!

double check the game path, it should be C:/program files/call of duty, or wherever you have call of duty 1 installed. because uo gets installed on that folder.

windows 7 likes to load COD and UO in the
program files x(86)
folder so yes make sure the path is correct to where CODUO is if you still have issues uninstall all COD and UO files
reinstall COD and UO to the windows 7 program files
NOT THE x(86) one
then try the uo tools install again

i tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling in programfiles but still the same thing

please keep in mind i am trying to help and some Q? might sound stuped.

you have COD and COD UO right?
the file where the program is, just says "Call of Duty"
and you got the COD UO tools from here?

yes i have cod and uo and this is where the file is C:\Program Files\Call of Duty Game of the Year Edition
and yes i got coduo from here

ok change the file name from
"Call of Duty Game of the Year Edition"
to

"Call of Duty"

and try again

It's most likely looking for a registry key that doesn't exist. I had to make it on my Windows 7 64bit machine to install the tools.

If you use a program like Process Monitor you can see what it's looking for.
