Hey all, today i tried to continue working on some maps, i`ve done in the past and since it is a year i last touched radiant i pretty much forgot a lot of stuff..... Could please anyone tell me what to do with this error: Unable to initialize punkbuster. Punkbuster is disabled. It shows up after i push the ""compile reflections" button. I need to say, that this error showed up after i compiled the map already 5 times and all went well, 6th time suddenly this error. I did not change anything to the settings. Thanks for any help, really appreciated. PS: I googled like several days now for this error and nothing. 1st option, google finds something for multiplayer stuff or second, google finds errors from radiant, but nothing that would fit my problem.

BTW: Reinstalled Modtools twice, i even installed windows XP (dual OS) again, since i am using Windows7 now and guess what - still the same error. Enabled firewall, disabled firewall, unplugged internet cable,......

OMG guys... you won`t believe it and i swear to anything you want it is/was not my fault... my PB folder was missing!!! No idea how that happened, since i got all executalbles as a shortcut on my desktop, so i never got even close to that folder.... i just don`t get why it was missing, when i installed it that many times fresh??? Now that i copied it back where it belongs i get some random scripting errors, who knows why, but i can solve that one.... Geeeeez i hate computer gremlins.... sorry to bother with that one, maybe this will help somebody in the future edited on Feb. 15, 2012 03:35 pm by CHS
