I am trying to find mp_airbase.d3dbsp and I can not find it in the raw folder!?!?

You can't find it. All the .BSP files are hidden in the fastfiles :)

Sorry AFirstTImeMapMaker, posting links to decompiled material is not allowed. Since there are no tools for black ops, map making isn't even possible.

It isnt decompiled? Its was packed in with the Black Ops mod tools that was released by Treyarch. This is what the map looks like in game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Y_DA5x6tpY Even in the description of the video it says: "mp_airbase.d3dbsp as included with BO tools; lacks a number of materials and models due to mod tools being stripped, also lacks other important things; will not be released." NTAuthority - the guy whose video you linked to - decompiled stuff from fastfile. He is a hacker (he is the guy behind AlterIWNet). Hence why Mystic deleted your link, as this site takes a stand against decompiling tools.

Question, there is no mp_airbase fast file. So how did he get the d3dbsp file?
