Check out the brush # in your plane errors, by going to Misc -> Find Brush.

the tiny portal erros give you locations. Check out those coordinates and see what's there.

Leaked: Your skybox has a hole, so your entities connect to the void.

Lightmap allocation failed: Brush # 732 is too big. Use the clipper tool to cut it into tow or maybe even more pieces.
