I have some troubles with this Maya plugin setup for cod 4?

you can see problem on pic.:

try CoD5 (WaW) plugin, it should work for CoD4 as well and has less bugs afaik

any error messages already on start up?

hm ja i get Autodesk Maya 8.5 and good work now. So for me this plugins work only on Maya 8.5

You can edit the COD4 plugins to work with Maya 8.0. NovemberDooby wrote a tutorial for doing it:

Offsets:
XAnimExport.mll - 0x2B10B
XModelExport.mll - 0x350EC

850 is the version number v8.50, the Maya version the plugins are designed for. Maya v8.00 won't accept them, but if you change the version requirement like described above it will load the plugins. The Maya scripting engines probably didn't change a lot, thus you shouldn't experience any problems with the hacked plugins.
