I MADE A FEW "SNIPER" MAPS
i guess you say they are 1000 yards
do you have to go past a size before they do not spawn on the wrong side?
its random, is there a way to map for it or do u have to use a mod to stop that?

i made a no cross sniper map, with the two side separated
by water. the two teams spawn on the right sides but
then they start to spawn on the wrong sides.
is there away to keep them on there sides?
is there a Script for them to use only the start spawns?

I think what you want is basicly like this, Here we manipulate the spawnpoint arrays to only add the start spawnpoints. (As you might notice it only works with Team Deathmatch in this case.) I have not tested it!

What mod are you using?

It has been a while, but I do remember that most of the mods that can be made into sniper mods already have the fixed spawn logic.

Also make sure you have enough spawns of each side. I would usually put 16 to 20 per side. And I assume you placed axis on one side and allies on the other [wink]

i run the openwarfare mod, it does use a setting to use only
start spawns in it but i run a mixed server so i dont want to use it. i was hoping i could put it in my map to use only them spawns. and they are on the right sides [sniper]

The thread you link to links you to another thread I created a long time ago. It had a download for a sniper mod, but the link is now dead (old site of mine no longer in existence). I will hunt through my old harddrives and see if I can find the mod again, and attach it.
