try realizing joe that someone already said that we can get entities and worldspawns. Everyone knows that. Brush reocvery, however, is impossible. Its been done in other maps, but not for CoD.

I have realized that already ={W}=DEVIL... Just that u are saying it will never be done..and it has been done in other maps but not for COD yet

I hope you realize that you are encouraging programmers to not even consider to try to formulate a .bsp to .map converter...

In other words...you are saying...mankind will never fly in the air...but wait..there are planes

You can't recover the original brushes, but you could look at the existing polygons in the bsp and create new brushes that match up.

Whether it would be practical to edit a map created that way depends on how well it does the job.
