Hello ,
I was wondering if I could get some tips on setting up server message and if possible http redirect if it was possible, so direct them to another server.This would be for bf3 using proconn. Anylinks or tips?

You can set up a task
PB_SV_Task [X] [Y] [command]
Adds a task to PB's Task List; The Task will be executed X seconds after entry and every Y seconds thereafter; use -1 for Y if a one-time task is desired; this can be used to execute game server commands as well as PB commands

For example; Put this into your pbsv.cfg file, and you can spam messages all day long...


pb_sv_task 30 100 admin.say "your message here" all
pb_sv_task 50 100 admin.say "your message here" all
pb_sv_task 70 100 admin.say "your message here" all
pb_sv_task 90 100 admin.say "your message here" all
pb_sv_task 95 100 admin.say "your message here" all

For the web tool, which will give you access to kick and ban people from your server. through any web browser, including the one that came with origin.

same place. put this into your pbsv.cfg file

pb_sv_httpaddr your.server.ip - your server ip
pb_sv_httpport 9034 - port number.
pb_sv_httpkey your pass - doesn't need to be your server password, can be any pass you want

Now go to your web browser type this in the address bar - http://your.server.ip:9034

you will come up to a black screen where you will be prompted to put in your KEY and that is your password you selected. when you put in your password, hit command screen, and you should be logged right in.. then you can click on player list, and start kick and banning :)

you need to restart your server after each of these settings.
