Well yeah just compiled my map and when I try and test it it says
"surface with shader textures/normandy/floors/wood@barnboard1rd has more than 65,536 verticies"...
I've tried a recompile and clean brushes, but error persists... my map has exactly 21,402 brushes, so I don't want to go around looking for one with 65,000 verticies... is there an easier way to fix this?

Those portal errors have nothing to do with it as the same map without portals still crashes. Though, are those portal errors important?

And yes, I know I should clean my directory before compiling, AND I DID! LOOK! But apparently I forgot to clean those in my game folder -.-

EDIT: Just split the map in 2 to try and track down where this brush with 65,000 verticies is... but both halves compiled and loaded fine... I am confused[banghead]

EDIT (again): Never mind gang, I've got it. I changed a billion floors/wood@barnboard1rd textures to a similar one and it works now... I guess it means I exceeded the limit for verticies on brushes with that texture... Leningrad map... many buildings which need window frames!

21,402 (brushes) x 8 verticles (box is build from 8 verticles [default brush]) = 85,608

Simply replace some brushes with terrain meshes or (if 1st method didnt helped) reduce map size.

I fixed it, I just replaced a whole bunch of them with a similar texture, it works fine now.
