Does anyone know where i can find the source files (the .map not .bsp) for the maps from WaW/CoD4? I found them once but i can't remember where. Thanks!

You can only get the source files that came with the editor. If the others are available somewhere, they have been decompiled which is not allowed and therefore not discussed here.
