so heres a tutorial ( 2 parts ) showing how i spawn and use the seaknight mark19. i provided the standalone script so that you can use it for your own map. hope u guys like it. feedback is always appreciated. and so is constructive criticism.

this was a good tut. I have been trying to get this to work for a long time. Im glad to see you share your knowedge and expertise. This will help out a lot of fellow mappers.Keep up the good work and we hope to see more tuts from you. thanks

Very nice tutorial. It's easy and simple to follow, and more tutorials would definitely be helpful.

ill try to make a few other ones. i think one about flags in radiant and in script. but theres a few more to it that i havent study on that yet. spawning ai's but as actors. force spawning an ai. i just dont know how i would play it out so ppl can understand how it would work in an actual map. what would u think be a good topic to do?

Another great tutorial. As for suggestions, it depends on the difficulty. You could do different kinds of objectives (eg. pick a certain item, hold of for a certain time, plant explosives etc.) or maybe AI colour groups. As for more advanced ones, you could do flags, as you said, or notify, even custom functions.

heres one on how to use flags in radiant. using script_deathflag, script_deathflag_longdeath, script_flag_true, script_flag_wait. This should cover pretty much some basics and give you and idea on how flags can be very usefull in an actual map. It also shows u how to set them in script and how to make it wait via script. but mostly it focuses on the radiant side of things.
