I had a good map going that compiled every time and was perfectly playable with no errors showing. I attempted to put in a collmap and a prefab and now when I try to play the map in my arena file the terrain is either missing or little triangles of it are missing.

Ok.. first of all oyu don't have to put collmaps in yourself. The compiler does that for you if you've set up the editor correctly.

second, are you using the UO compile methode as described in the UO compiling tutorial? Because some lines seem to be missing. Compile the correct way and see if it still happens.

I believe i'm using the same bat file that was used for Foy except I changed the names to match my map. Is that bad? Because up to now its been working fine.

Yes.. that's bad. As you can see, your flare isn't working correctly. This is because the mapmakers over a IW used a slightly different setup that your computer does. They installed their compiler and flare on a network drive or something (I'm not totally sure how, why etc.). On the left there is a link to the UO tutorial. There is a compile tutorial in there. Use it.
