So I have been mostly out of the loop for the last few years. I am not sure what is going on with the servers for black ops. Are there dedicated servers for the mapping? How is it going to be different for black ops vs previous versions? Anyone got any good info on the server front for releasing custom maps?

There are no mapping tools for black ops. They just released 'mod tools' but with no radiant.

Anyone got any good info on the server front for releasing custom maps? 1.no radient as previousley said, 2.Deployment of custom maps will only be on unranked server 3.Yes blackops has Dedicated server's 4.From what i have found so far the modtools releaced are the same as cod5 with a nice little UI that shows you a tree of the iwi ect. 5.The game sucks.

Are Treyarch likley to release all the art assets for use in radiant? I know that IW never released the Chinatown map assets from COD4 for instance, but Im not sure about World at War? ______________ alina
