I see this on BlueXephos earlier, to be honest, i think it must be a joke or possible very early indie game footage, either way it should never have been released as video footage.

Since alphas are not even good enough to be considered early beta's it likely is just a concept test to see if there is interest and/or where things are going.

Imagine if for example in late 2009 extensive footage was provided of all the early test versions of BO maps. Yes they would look ugly but we would have seen their design flaws early. Imagine what they could have been with real community input.
