Hi thanks for the tut
i did get a small error that it could not find the texture file, i found that i had not copied it over, neither saved the x2_icon_c.dds in AssMan
once i did that i got it converted correctly without any problems,coz nefor that i was just getting a Red Box, but not i got it sorted i now have the skull..

Is there a way i can make that skull larger in radiant or can it only be dont in Maya or 3D Max or what ever tool it was made from.??? As i like to make a realy big one now.

yes if you open up you entity menu by pressing N whilst the model is selected set a Key of modelscale and a value of what size you want 1 = normal size 2 = X2 it size ect.
E.G
Key: modelscale
Value:6
This would make the model X6 its original dimensions

i like to get the Raygun from Black ops or MW2 over to COD4 if ya can get the model over for me and help me how to get it working on Cod4 if possible..?
