HOW CAN I TOTALY REMOVE THE WORLDSPAWN SKYBOX SETINGS?

SOME HOW IVE LOST ALL MY LIGHTING IN MY TUNNELS
HALF MY BARRLES DONT LIGHT UP WITH THERE FIRES.
(sorry about the caps, im totaly pissed off now)

Im sure it a world spawn issue, so i want to remove the full worldspwn and skybox and just remake then, can someone tell me how i can do this without deleting the full map and starting over again as ive spent like 8 days building this map now and only 1/6th through..

Help please.

Yeah, caps isn't necessary. [sad]

FX shouldn't stop working because of Worldspawn settings. In fact, I've never heard of it happening.

To remove Keys and Values from your map, which is what Worldspawn settings are:

Press N.
Simply highlight the Pair you want to remove and click the button Del Key/Pair.

Or open the *.map file in some editor like notepad++ and remove all the lines. You`ll see them on first hand. Easypeasy ;)

But generally something not working is in 99% caused by some typo. Maybe a wrong targetname or whatever like that, i would check all of them. I recently found an error in a map of mine which i couldn`t see for weeks.

If you do need to open the .map in notepad and delete them that way. Whatever you do, don't remove this below.

"classname" "worldspawn"

Leave that in place.If you don't you will have a serious error and your map probably won't load.

Also, like Deek said, the worldspawn wouldn't have any effect on other light entities in the map. There must be another issue.

worldspawn setting can effect your map fx, if you had accidently added the fx to your worldspawn
this is how it should look

the 4 top lines in this world spawn will call models, and fx while trying to compile, them in your worldspawn, and load your map
then if your map loads the fx are slow ,map will have delays loading and you fx will be wild, some missing
make sure you have no model key,values in your worldspawn settings
