i have a question about pb guys.
when i start my own server if punkbuster is enabled it kicks me and says its because pb is running older version ive tried updating pb manually and ive also uninstall and reinstalled it and still get the same thing everytime and (I DONT HAVE CHEATS) if anybody knows what is causing this i would really like some help because im tired of hackers getting on my server and getting scores like 36k and 0d plz help

I get exactly the same problem when I make the [DH] server with PB so you aint on ya own... Any ideas how to fix this ppl?

im sure you turned both, dedicated, and pure are "no"?

what does this mean

the GUID AUTH: UNKN error means your PB doesn't get a reply from the PB server checking if you;bve got a valid.

This can be overcome by adding this line to your server.cfg:

pb_sv_lan "1"

i tried to do what you said and it didnt work.
im pretty sure you know what your talking so im probably
messing up somewhere if you could give me a little more detail on that id appreciate it
running a server without punkbuster gets old real quick hackers swarm to non pb servers like flies on poo

From the PB manual for Admins:

Set PB_sv_guidrelax 1

this should help
