First thing I'd do is try to get rid of the errors. I suggest you remove all your portals until you understand how portals work. It took me some time to finally understand the concept of portalling a map. It also appears that you are using a decal for a ground texture. Decals are used largely for alpha blending with a texture. I'd also get rid of the brush or prefab that contains the ma_controlbox_metal texture. Try these fixes and see if your map will compile then.

Bah, I figured it out. One of my prefabs was screwed up. I wish it would list it in the error log because it took me 8 hours or so to figure it out.

Good that you got it, For .D3DBSP file to work you will need a working skybox/spawns/models/prefabs/lightning/terrain most important part where people do make mistakes are the skybox and/or spawns,
