Does anyone know if you can pull .map files out of the .ff files in order to get prefabs off of a map. Or is there a place that someone can go to get more prefabs then the ones that come with the tools>

There are no .map files in .ff files, only the compiled BSP's and other files for that map.

There a lot of sites that have prefabs including modsonline. Google cod4 prefabs and download them to your prefabs folder. http://modsonline.com/Downloads-list-247.html You can use prefabs from other versions of COD, but you will have to make them caulk first and then retexture them.
