Sorry to be so long since my last visit, not been able to look at this until today. I decided to start again as I was working with a test room set up to check things work before putting them in my main map. I deleted every thing with my map name in except for mp_mymapname.map then recompiled it and now it works. Thank you for your time with this though - it is reassuring knowing someone is there with advice.
