Hey guys, I'm after a website host for my company website, i was curious if anyone here has any recommendations of reliable web hosts for reasonable rates?

Prefer UK based servers, i can transfer the domain name to the new host or keep it registered elsewhere, doesn't matter too me.

Thanks.

UK eh. I can't help with that. I also usually lease entire servers for hosting so I don't think what I'd be recommending would be considered cost effective for your situation.

@kals
Thanks for the suggestion, i will look into it.

@foyleman
That great for larger sites but like you say, my site is more a 'browse&buy' website if you know what i mean, nothing large just to help me drum up sales.

I was looking into justhost.com, depending on the length you sign up for it can cost £2.75 /mo with a ''Anytime Money Back Guarantee'', most reviews i read give it a high rating, the also offer a lot for the price, has anyone here ever tried this company?

I'm with UK.net. I switched to them when my old host just continued to let me down. Since then (about a year ago i think) I've not had a single second of downtime, or not that I've noticed anyway.

Granted they are probably not the cheapest around but if you want reliability and great service I would recommend them.

I used BlueHost a few years ago, it's a really good price for how much you get. I was down maybe 2-3 times in one year but 2/3 of those were just on my specific box, out of hundreds, just my luck.

The cPanel has a locked theme they designed but it's not too bad, they have a demo link on their website.
