Since there are posts about Cod2, and if this is for Cod4, in Assman... the option pops up at the very bottom of Assman as a checkbox. Called [Texture Scroll]. Only if "Model phong" is selected at the top under [MaterialType].

Yeah created the scrolling texture as mentioned above and got this error in radiant when I tried to apply it: --------------------------- ASSERTION FAILURE...
