guys.. I have just been searching for an hour or so for a certain texture.. I am after a green cloth/carpet texture that is close to the material used on a billiard table etc.. So if anyone has something that would be good for this.. let me know.. am trying to get it right for in game play.. found a real photo but of course didnt look good.. Have searched heaps of texture sites on the net..

Thanx mate.. But believe it or not that is one of seven i found but none look good in game.. I have a nice dark red one.. so if someone can tell me how to change colour of it in photoshop??

if u desaturate the pic ( i think thats the word ) i.e get rid of all the colour from it you will be left with no colour. then , if u click layer--->layer-adjustments---> colour balance , u can fiddle around with the colours there , this may/may not work as i havnt tried something like that before , anyway , let me know if it works

take a look at the glass tutorial i put up Here - then modify the shader to suit your needs

if i can make rosy pink glass - you should have no problem making a green texture for your pool table
