Call of Duty 2 Maps

Hello,

Well this is a topic about you and you only! I'm making map(s) for Call of Duty 2 Multiplayer and i would really like to hear your ideas. All of your ideas will be read and thought about.

The map(s) i am making will have Official Trailer before or after release on my youtube channel DutyMod


We might need some players to help us with the trailer. Names of people who helped with the trailer/map will be mentioned!


There will not be any previews of the map(s) until it is more then half finished (I know you want too...)

Reason is because: If i show you i must keep it and there might be some changes so their might be people who be disappointed,


Feel free to mention any idea or tip you got. If you want you can even post an image of map it self. The more ideas / map designs you come up with the more maps i make and more maps equals more FUN!

No media = you have nothing
To me this is just an 'I have an idea' thread and I've seen these things not follow through. Your first post of the thread should contain media and not just words. How can we give you advice if you have nothing to show?

what is it about
should we post our ideas so that you will create a map out of it?
or are u looking for mappers?
or should we post our ideas and we have to map on our own and you will only do some trailer?

This is not a I HAVE A MAP post it is a topic where we come up with ideas and all kind of stuff and i make a map of it and i make trailers later on with the volunteers and i give credit for each person for what he has done. Even if you give an idea that we use and maybe change little you still get credit for it.

I cant stand those people making crazy silly fun-maps and unrealistic no detail (decals) on maps...

So this thread is where we all come up with stuff and i make maps i make maps that look like originals, I have mapped since cod 1 for cod2,4,5 now i wait for Black Ops Mod Tools.

This is you give ideas we think about them maybe change them a little or so make the maps later on for everyone to download and play and of-course beautiful trailers that we make together with the volunteers and EVERYONE will get credited for each thing do help even if they just give idea for like what kind of map type it should be snow/desert/Normandy or day/night i really do mean credit for all you do cause

So in a nutshell, your looking for people's ideas so you can make a map from them, right?

I'm making map(s) and i wont show anything until i am half done with the map(s) but the ideas are just so i can use some to make something cool maybe that people came up with like people who don't know how to map or some that just want to share idea and in the release i credit all for their ideas/help/work it's not like i am making map from peoples ideas i mean its not from scratch i got map(s) already in progress any new ideas that i like could fit the map(s) i would maybe add them somehow and make maybe bigger or cooler maps and such.

I need to hear some peoples ideas so i could use some to improve my maps a little as they are already in progress.

It would be more fun for people to play maps with their likings.

i prefer more realistic maps

like creapy night maps with zombieflare also as normal dm/tdm/zom maps

for s&d i like the stock maps

best is if they contain real landscapes from the 2ndWW

not modern malls/streets and so on

only my opinion!
