Here all this time I have been resizing brushes the hard way with the Vertice Tool. Just found out what the Actor Scaling Tool does.
Start new map, build small cube, texture, subtract, move the builder brush out of the way.
Highlight your cube, then select Actor scaling. This function hold ctrl left or right mouse button and drag the box to a new size. This can be used in any of the grid views. That is so much easier than dragging the vertices.
