okay i found 3 obj textures
the invisible one works fine damn its looking great
the other 2 seems not to work, but im happy :)

ill now will ahve a look on asset man maybe i can find how to create my own obj

I'm damn glad you made it [thumbs_up]

Some info about creating your own flashing textures: open Assets Manager, create new material. Now choose 'objective' option in "materialType" list. Then 'colorMap' will describe base texture which will be glowing in orange colors. Hope it helps as well [thumbs_up] Cheers

yh asstemanager isnt that problem
only the colormap
which picture-file i have to use there? i tried .tga and .dds files and it gaves me the error Invalid GDT loaded.

its not this neccesary
ah ehm, with other colormap, the orange flash changes to maybe blue or green?

You just use the normal Colormap. The Material Type "Objective" does the rest [idea]

kk im too stupid
it created new material and new image, but cant find it in radiant now
i made 5 diff. textures in objective (with several different settings) but nothing changes - still cant find it in radiant
i aslo put the material and image files in a iwd no success
sorry i drive you crazy

ColorMap is a picture which the flashing texture will be based on. If I recall correctly, its dimensions have to be the power of 2: 2, 4, 8, 16 and so on. And no, it's not possible to change a glow color. The orange is the only one available there. Changing a ColorMap will do nothing, but change base "layer" of the texture.

Did you check any of the "Locales" checkboxes in Assets Manager? If you did, your texture will be in those locales in Radiant you chose. You can always create a new locale, but it's always more complicated ( though simpler when adding new textures ).

Silly me, I forgot the locales are disabled for Objectives [duh] Well then, choose anything in 'usage' list. Then open Radiant and choose Textures > Usage > [option you chose]. It should be there ...

i dunno why its not shown, but im glad that u guys halped me with the objectives
im happy with this 1 texture :)))))
and i need it anytimes, i will try to create new texture :D
i think its my fault, that it isnt shown
