i used to know what this was but forgot how can I fix this I have win 7 and this pops up?

If you mean "iw3mp.exe" that is the CoD4 multiplayer .exe, otherwise not really sure . The pop up happens because of your 'User Access Control' settings, and because you are trying to run a program as admin. You can either change your UAC settings in Windows 7 or change your privilege level when running the .exe.
