Hi Everyone!
Been working on a sniper mod and cant figure out how to get the tracer bullets out of the sniper rifles. Also need to make them shoot as far as possible. To get around this im using projectile instead of bullet,but it makes you jump back a step every shot. No big deal but my biggest complaint is the lack of bullet flesh hit screams i put in dont work unless i use a bullet. Any advice? Thanks 1Badeye

I have been trying to turn off tracers for many years now and I have yet to find away.. I finally gave up and just accepted it was part of the game. if you find away to do take out tracers I would like to know.

but the problem is that machine-guns are still fire with tracers...

There's also a limit of bullet-shooting distance in this game = 12000 (both effective & maximum range); its not possible to increase it.

Does this only work for sniper rifles? if so that is perfect.

It works for all hand arms except mgs. Code must be placed inside a core-scrypting .gsc -file of your mod with path maps/mp/gametypes/
