HoS seems interesting. I like their screenshots but im more of a modern type person, thats why i have sticked to cod4 more than other titles. if BO releases full mod tools then i will probably move unto that. but as far HoS goes, i will keep an eye out for it.

If I recall correctly. I believe there are definatly 3 mods in development for HoS. Maybe more that are unannounced? The Vietnam mod that was discussed in last weeked Modsonair, WW1 and Modern Combat. I'd have to listen to the casts again.

One 'official' mod per-se is a total conversion for the Pacific theater in WW2. Going to be in the form of a DLC I believe.

I thought there was a fourth but couldnt quite recall. The other aspect that could be quite exciting for any potential modder/mapper. I believe, if the a map/mod is up to a high enough quality, they are considering releasing community made map packs as DLC where you can potentially generate income. If you got the drive, sounds promising. I'm interested to see if Treyarch do something similar with BO. They need to keep it alive.

If they release some really good tools they wont have to support it after the first year. We do just fine with cod4 without IW.

hi zeroy im not holding my breath on this tool may be a bit lol , thinking of cod waw again maybe start mapping it again , but as COLONEL MAC, i stop playing and mapping it because some bimbo hacked my cod account and is now calling him self COL.MAC , even played with him as he told people how do you like my map ,,,. it got ugly and i got banned for the first time ....haven't played cod waw sense, even contacted iw and they said sorry you must of not played for a month and it release your name i think that was the most retarted responce ive ever heard, im still COL.MAC in cod , cod 2, cod mw, cod bops, the battlefield franchise, fear, fear2, farcry , xfire and steam for over 7 years, been playing killing floor anyway, they update alot have tools and will work with you, call of duty just seems to be on there own track, where ever that's going is anybody's guess
