yo well with my maps i have based them on real places eg. i did my school ( aslways wanted to run a tank threw it) so maybe try and base it on a real pleasse like ur town/city/village or ur street or a good place u no like a park or something like that cya bi

he gave up. If you want a famous tank battle, then MAKE a famous tank battle. Just search for 'famous tank battle pictures' on google or something and make a map that sorta looks like those pictures.

idea = stick to one map and work on it , if you give up chances are you wont be able to complete a map... idea = somthing simple, how about a feild fighting seen with trenchs like brecourt, your first map aint gona be legendary so make somthing that you know u can make it for ur self , not to release as a map everyones gona play. Work on ur skills then maybe try ur point du hoc map , coz if u put a bit more ffort in and maybe had a go instead o posting everytime u got stuck - spend a few hours/attempts trying to get it right, if all else fails then thats whats this forum is for! Good luck with any new plans - somthing simple will be most effective !

Try making a villers bocage style map with small fields, high hedgerows & narrow lanes... You can use the lanes as choke points and have access to surrounding fields in order to flank the enemy & keep the game interesting... Tank battles could take place in the lanes...
