Just recently upgraded to PNY's Nvidia TI4200, I can't seem to adjust the brightness from the menu, is there a command variable that I could use? Maybe I could enter it in thru console or edit the cfg file in mp folder, something like that. LOL By the way, it works for other games, like America's Army and UT3 Demo. Thanks!!

Can we say...... thupid?

not sure what you mean.... you can't adjust it? or the option is not there?

how about you adjust the gamma instead?

It's under the miscellanious setup, where you adjust how bright the screen, the option is there, but as I slide it up and down the scale, it does not adjust the screen, since that is not working, I was hoping someone would know a cvar command or something that I could edit in the cfg file to kinda force to work, if you can tell me how to adjust the gamma also that would be great to, I've got a very dark screen, and can hardly see anything. LOL Thanks!!

Hey, I just check my console on that, and I get an error:
SetDeviceGammaRamp failed.
So on that point you are correct, I am trying to set the gamma, Hope that helps!! Thanks!!

I have the Ti4200 Myself and I can adjust brightness (My old GeF2 had a gamma setting in the game, the new card has a brightness setting)

try upgrading drivers.. if using XP, use the windows update to get a newer driver than what is availible on the NVidia site.

Thanks alot for all your support folks, means a lot to have someone to ask a question like this!! This is rather odd, I am pretty sure, that I did not do anything to the computer, but it seems to have fixed itself!! Go figure!! LOL I don't know!! Almost kinda spooky in a way!! LOL 80

Thanks Guys!!
