What a great way to start the month of October, more Call of Duty: Black Ops news! This time it’s about the Golden Gun camouflage skin for weapons in multiplayer that was last scene in Call of Duty 4. Speculation for Golden Guns being re-introduced began when someone asked Treyarch’s David ‘Vahn’ Vonderhaar if they would be in the game, his response was:

@DavidVonderhaar: Always bet on Black. Well Black and Gold.

Today we got the evidence we needed to support Golden Gun camouflages in the Customization Trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops. Although we’re not sure how to unlock them in multiplayer just yet, we have picture verification of the Golden Gun skin.

From this screenshot I suspect CODBO's gonna be worse than I thought, I am really considering on buying it.

They couldn't have picked a worse place for that screenshot, everything is so low res and bland..

Could it be that the screenshot was taken from a console, and not a PC, that's why It's not very good?

When is it ever a screenshot of the PC version before the release of a multiplatform game? They'll be damned before they try to mislead any Easy Bake Oven kids with graphics from a platform superior to Microsoft's one and only piece of crap. (I value M$ as a software company...never as a hardware comp.)

well been working on the prestige all month for those golden guns,.......and low and behold, 5th level working on 6th and banned from that server, not banned for hacking, for having high prestige,

have a 1.02 k/d, not that good, and next day banned from 2 more servers,
these are perm bans, by admin, running a gameservers server,
now after 5 days i"m banned by 12 servers east, and west coast,
2 a day in fact, i"m a 50 yr old gamer, been mapping for 7 years
as COL.MAC, if this keeps up ill never see a golden gun, and by the time the mod tools come out ill be banned so much , i feel like i wasted my money on this game.

god then xbox gamers shouldnt move to PC theres people that are 8 and 9th prestige and the hackers ofc are 15th im currently on 4th but only got 2 days played, everyone else has like 6 days played and only 3rd prestige so im guessing id be baned from PC real quick.

but if all u wana do is look at the golden guns u can always go into a private match and make your guns golden, iv seen people send msgs saying 1600 MS points for golden guns and people get tricked by the private matches thinking they really have golden guns its pretty funny.

You only bought Black Ops to have gold camos?
Rent your own server and play on it, no worries of getting banned.

I know of a server where the admin uses cheats and isn't afraid to confirm he is using them. Probably a smart idea since he knows he'll never get banned.

LOL Ive been killed by the golden guns, duel machine guns in fact full auto,solid gold, i was battling him for first place when i was banned, i just found this post, ive modded, mapped, a few cod games in the past

havent seen any more yet, like the ones in the screen shot but duel, no scope
