As for the map, I really want to release this...it will be released here as well as some other places. Could someone tell me how to fix this or compile it for me?

In hammer go to map check for problems (ALT+) then select a problem and use the go to error 1st then click the fix button use the go to as it might remove your brush and you will have to replace it or you can fix it your self by using the view go to brush number (CTR+SHIFT+G).

And it has ****leaked**** use the map load point file to find it then close the hole save it a try again and watch out for this ****leaked**** if you see this just stop it of it will be a waste of your time.
If you save it under a new name you will have to make sure it loads the new point file not the old 1.

omg Thank you SO much...wow this makes me so happy...btw, do you know how to make the hostages move? Do i need a NAV file or something? How do i do that?

after your maps compiled and your walking around in it type bot_add in console and it will make the .nav for ya.
